Coronavirus Safety
We will be following the latest government guidelines relevant at the time of the show opening to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. In the event of the show being unable to take place and is postponed, all tickets will be eligible for either a refund or transferred to the new date. If you are currently required to self-isolate or quarantine under government guidelines, or are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, you must not attend the venue. If you are pending a coronavirus test, or awaiting test results then you must not attend the venue.

What we will be doing
Hand Sanitisation Provision
Hand-sanitisers will be provided and supplemented by hand held sanitisers where required.
Deep Cleaning
The entire venue will be deep cleaned with Kora Drymist.
Masks
Our front of house staff will be wearing face coverings (unless medically exempt) or be behind protective screens.
Fresh Air
The venue ventilation operates at 100% fresh air with no recirculation of air from the event space.
Rest Room Policy
The regularity of cleaning of the toilets at the venue will be increased on a daily basis.
Contact less payment
All visitors will be encouraged to use contactless payments where possible.
You are responsible for deciding whether or not you should attend the venue and, prior to attending, carry out your own personal risk assessment depending on your personal situation.

Bespoked 2021 Opening Times & Tickets
Venue
Bespoked 2021 will be taking place in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, Yorkshire. The Harrogate Convention Centre is positioned in the centre of the town within walking distance of plenty of places to eat and drink, sleep and shop, with major transport links just minutes away.
Within the show there will be food and drink available.
Please note dogs are not permitted (unless guide dogs)

Cycle Parking
There will be cycle parking outside the front of the venue, Hall M. While this will be monitored it is not secure (there's no one checking in and out the bikes), so please bring a lock or two. Visitor cycles are not permitted in the show. Cycles are left at owner's risk.
All cycles will need to be removed at the end of the show each day as racks are temporary. The racks will be removed 4.30pm Sunday 17th so must be empty at this time.

RAIL
Linked to all major UK cities including six daily direct LNER services between London KX and Harrogate Station (2 hours 46 minute).
Harrogate Convention Centre is just a seven minute walk (or short taxi ride) from Harrogate train station. Taxi services are available across the road opposite the main doors of the station.

Please remember to check the closing times of your car park if you intend to stay late as vehicles locked in will be charged a release fee.
AIR
At 12 miles (20 minutes) the closest airport to Harrogate Convention Centre is Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA). British Airways run daily flights between LBA and Heathrow (1 hour), and there are regular flights from many connections worldwide, including Paris (1 hour 30 minutes), Amsterdam (1 hour 10 minutes), Dublin (1 hour).
To get from LBA to Harrogate, take the Airport Direct 747 bus which runs hourly and will drop you off at Harrogate’s main bus station, from there it’s a five minute walk to the Convention Centre.
Alternatively a taxi will take about 20 minutes and around £25.
If you are travelling from a destination without direct flights to LBA, consider a connection from Schiphol, Amsterdam.
